missing starter pack,demand refund!

why doesnt support help me!!!!! ok over a week ago i paid $7.99 for the royal corgi starter pack, placed him on my restaurant, then the game refreshed 3 times on its own and now its gone!!!! i checked my decor to see if its in storage but nope, i want my money back!!!
ive messaged them over 10 times!!
