Last day of event and my girlfriend cannot win the cat...only have option to buy!?? Any ideas?

My girlfriend has the only option to buy the cat on the last day but I can still send the goods, any ideas why she cannot complete this last day event?!?

The 10th day goal requires 600 gems value of acorns (ie. achieve 100% on the progress bar) before the timer runs out. Since she hadn't met this requirement, she wouldn't be able to win the cat.

It says on her screen she has 20+ hours remaining and only option is to buy the cat for 1000 gems?

Where did you click to get this screen?

Do you see the screen below when you click on the event space now? If you do, that means your event has not ended. Based from what you said, I am thinking perhaps your event has ended this morning. That explained why you couldn't make deliveries but able to buy the cat.

If that is the case, you will need to send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can check what actually happened to your game. Include your screen shots and the URL link to this page to help the investigation. Thanks. I'm sorry this happened to you.

S8 has checked and confirmed your event was working the way it should.

You started your event on 11/18, which was your day 1. Therefore your 10 days was up on 11/27 right before 11/28 at 12 AM PST. Mr_Flip_Flop could still work on the event because he started a day after. The timer is for the last chance offer to get the prize that lasts 24 hours.

Again, I am sorry you didn't win the cat. :(
