fruition in the Arena

I just came across a level 13 Fruition in the arena and have no earthly idea whatever to do with him. He is not on the type chart and trounced my level 15 champion rather handily. Has anyone else run across him? Or is there information out yet on what colors or type to use? I would really rather not be forced into ultimate just because I am clueless! While we are at it, I guess we should find out about cartographer if they are going to be competing as well.

I checked my notes and he knocked off my Gilded Knight, Banshee and Fireflower. Maple won. I treated Fruition as a green/red.

Cartographer is likely to be a "Type has no effect here" type, I think.

No effect always has a color attached, except for the primary of course.

Diamond was to be my next try if Maple hadn't done the job. My notes were a bit scrappy, looking back. Must have been a bad day.
