I have many neighbors that never play I'm wanting to delete this game and start a new one. Any advise on this matter? Of course I will take my active neighbors along.Also does anyone know how to delete and start over.

You can delete your inactive neighbors and just add new ones. There is an add me forum here.
You don't need to start the game all over.

I am sorry but there is no restart option.

On your game go to MAIN, SOCIAL, NEIGHBORS, EDIT and delete your inactive neighbors.

Just make sure you tap DONE button to change it back to EDIT or you'll accidently delete neighbors you didnt intend to remove.
