I don't think it's fair that contests are only open to Facebook. That leaves out everyone who doesn't use Facebook. Yes, some of us actually don't use Facebook! Gasp! I think there should be a central page to send entries, or even a forum thread.

There had been contests only open to forum, I haven't seen people in facebook say that's unfair.
"To be fair" is to grant everybody the same opportunity to gain something, as long as you're free to use facebook, however you chosen not to use, you can't say it is unfair.
