Got a problem when I buy a new phone

I just bought a new phone, but my old dragon story is gone. How I can bring it back?

From what I remember you need to download Dragon Story and play the first levels. After the tutorial you should be able to sign into your actual account with your password and ID.

If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the

If you are trading , selling or giving away your old device, I would advise sending an email to support@storm8.com and ask them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.

If you have issues transferring yourself, you can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
