Missing over half my farm

I spent gems on the turkey fair and haven't been able to see half of my farm. What I can't see pops up on neighbors farms. Can't see shop or paper and items needed to complete goals. Anyone else having problems? Getting no help from support.

Please try deleting and redownloading the game. Make sure you are on the regular version of the game (and have the most current update).
