It's been over 28 hours since I purchased the $4.99 set of 120 gems, but I still haven't received any and am getting really ansy. I sent a support ticket about this, but have not received any notification of receipt nor a response from the support team.

How long is the wait time on resolving in-app purchase issues? I figured those type of tickets should be top priority, considering those are "money-maker" tickets and all. I can't help but slowly lose my trust towards this company the longer I wait for any response regarding my money.

I would prefer to get my purchased items actually delivered to me over a refund, but it seems like the refund option is becoming more feasible at this point.

There can sometimes be a delay. Check your iTunes account and make sure the purchase went through.

Normal support time is 3-5 business days.

There is limited support over the weekends. Please send me a private message with your ticket number and I can see if someone can check the status of your request.
