Hello I have emailed support per instructions but have not gotten a response. It is frustrating. My original device no longer works. I purchased a new one. I would love to continue to play new goals but cannot until my information is sent to new device.
Please if someone can respond I would appreciate it

Download DS. Play the first tutorial levels then you will get access to enter your existing Storm ID and password under Menu, Help/FAQ, Transfer Info

You need to have set up a Storm ID on your old device, I assume you did.
