Lapis Lazuli Trinket

:confused: I'm stuck on the Blythewood sapling. The only other goal I have in my book right now is the Baron wedding one but to move on in the Blythewood sapling it says I need to complete the Lapis Lazuli Trinket which is "from goal". What goal do you complete to get it? And where does it appear?

The wedding being part on the main storyline, I would focus on that one.
