Missing buildings

Just recently completed another goal for the habitat boosting buildings and I noticed that all of them are no longer in the market place. I only have 2 of the buildings for red and yellow habitats and just completed the blue one earlier today. I am on an Android HTC one M8 OS 5.0.1 on the latest version 2.3.1.1g and my user id is rxcc90.

Once you buy and place one of the buildings, you will no longer see in the market since you can only buy one.
Have the placed the missing buildings on your island?

No that's why I am confused. I should have access to the Pantheon Pool now, and yet I do not see it available in the market.

I'm in the same boat. I completed the goal yesterday and haven't been able to find the building. I already have the buildings for red, yellow, and green.

If you're on Android and go into the Halloween version instead of the newest version, you'll find the buildings in the market.
