Jasper in Bubbly Beach dosen't load.

Hi.
I finished Bubbly Beach a few days ago and when I try to play the Jasper stage it's loading for a couple of minutes until the game crashes. I've force closed the game and even reinstalled it, but I still can't play the jasper stage. This is really frustrating since I lose a life each time. There's no problem with the other stages. I'm playing om an iPad air with ios 9.1.

Sometimes the forum can help resolve issues, and sometimes someone has to physically look into to your game for the fix.

When you create a ticket, can you please include the level # you're attempting to access and message me the ticket number?

I managed to fix it by force closing the game several times. I also realized that I wrote the wrong name, I meant the Lucien stage, not Jasper.
