No more actions in my game...

Hello, i have a big problem with my game. I'm level 13 and since i grew up my bakery i don't have any actions given by the characters of the game... Is it normal ? Thx

You will not always have goals. Once you have completed the beginners goals, you will need to wait until new goals are available.
Some of the new goals do have minimum level requirements, so keep playing and leveling up and you will eventually start seeing new goals.
