Is there a thread where we can add friends on Facebook so we can add them as players on this game?

There is no add me thread for Facebook (privacy reasons) but you can send private messages to others you see on the forum asking if they would like to share their Facebook information and become friends.

Do you have to be a certain level before being able to login with Facebook & add friends? I can't access the social tab on my android device.

Unfortunately, connecting to Facebook is not available on Android devices at the moment.
