Candy Blast Mania help please!

Both my iPhone and iPad are stuck on level 802 and all I get is the following message on both:

26040

Theres probably a really easy solution but I've uninstalled and updated loads and still no joy. Can anyone help please?

Please force close your game and check again. You should be able to access and play level 802 now.
