bakery disconnecting

I am getting disconnected and shut off every 3 seconds , can't finish or start new dishes or visit friends, gift or tip anyone, or see videos, coins and gems earned are not registering in account , basically have been stopped from playing. Help is not responding to my emails for last 4 days.

Sorry to hear that! Please note, it can take Support 3-5 business days to respond to requests, depending on the current volume of tickets they need to handle. Are you able to access any other of our games without any issues? Can you also double check your connection to ensure there's no issue with that? Thanks!

I play others fine and connection is fine. Only bakery game is interrupted and has been for 3 days.

Today, just tried to get into Bakery and Resto Story from my IPhone, iPad and Droid device. It won't let me in! Starts to load and then just kicks the app closed! What's going on?
