i started the game late and i have loads of goal ovens that are locked im assuming the goals have expired coz i googled the ovens and they are from last year, the same with bakery story too ... is there a way to unlock them or have i missed my chance??

At the moment, there is no way to unlock past goal ovens or items.

Yes indeed once goals are done corresponding ovens are locked, but once in a while not often though some are ovens are re-released. O:-)
