How do I add more germs? When I chose add germ button nothing comes up for me to be able to select. I only see select one. Thank you.

Did you download the game from iTunes?

How to add more "germs". .... Lol.

Customers get as many germs as possible in my bakery :D

PS: I know OP was talking about gems. It just made me lol when reading it:)
