Need more Ginger and Vanilla

Yeah I agree don't have any vanilla and when I actually get some I use it to make mastery spice for the events. The recipes with vanilla doesn't even yield that much profit so I really don't understand why we can't get the same amount as garlic or basil. I get more ginger, but still not as much as I would like.
