Cabbage Hut - not able to be bought anymore?

I am now considering to buy the Cabbage Hut but it is now Breyer out as a goal and therefore able to be purchased. Will there be another event which allow it to be bought or is it now generally unavailable?

You can still buy it. Just go to the buildings and it should be listed under there and selling for 450 gems.
