I completed "But We Just Met" but nothing happened. Wasn't I supposed to get the troll castle under buildings?

IIRC, the troll castle has already been placed and upgraded 3 times when you reach the end of the chain ("But We Just Met").

Can you confirm if it is already in your kingdom?

Once you have finished that goal, that's the end of that chain of goals. Finishing Knock on Wood (Blythewood Sapling part 3) and But we just met will trigger the next set of goals for Team Azlea and Team Lila.
