Can't unlock other teas on the Yunnan Tea machine.

This appliance was part of the Moon Festival quest line which has already expired. When you unlock the Moon Festival Fountain, it comes with the Yunnan Coffee. You would have needed to complete the subsequent quests in order to unlock more recipes. Sorry for the confusion!
