You can send in a support request and ask S8 if they may reverse your error. But yes, it pays to be careful.

Because they see every slip of the finger as a means of income. There are no mistakes in their eyes. I feel for you losing that much, 900 is a big hit. I lost 135 during my first Tales event that they wouldn't give me back because I hit skip by mistake. That wasn't the first time I lost gold either. First time was to exchange gold for coins. Like really, who in their right mind would ever mean to do that on purpose??!!??
