Shovel disappeared from toolbox

I am level 18 and got my first Shovel from cid yesterday.

Today I went into my toolbox a few minutes ago and I no longer have a shovel in there.

My toolbox has plenty of room and is not full as I upgraded it.

Please can I have my Shovel back as I have read these are quite precious in this game.

Last time it took them over a week to answer a query about dragon story
