Hi everyone,

We will be performing maintenance on ALL games on Sunday, November 1st. Maintenance will begin at 1:55 AM PST and is expected to last just a bit over 2 hours. Once maintenance is complete, all games will return online around 3:20 AM PDT.


Please note that you will not be able to access your games during this downtime. Thank you for your patience!

You can use this Time Zone Converter (http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/) to figure out your local time. You can enter "San Francisco" for the TL time zone (PST).

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me?
Everytime at start/loading screen my game suddenly crashes before I can even see my kingdom?
Why? How can I fix this?
I have force closed and restarted device mulriple times, and I play on an ipad mini 4.
Anyone else having this issue today?

Just happened to me now,game will not load at all.

On an iPad Air,cannot get past the game splash screen.

Happens on my ipad, too. When I tried opening Dragon Story I got the message that it was in maintenance and would be up soon again. Maybe it's the same here. Just without the message obviously. Not too happy due to the dirt pudding timer :)

Thanks Tigerlily,yes I assume that is what is happening here also.
I do recall now that a player posted on the forum that there would be a 2 hour (I think) maintenance period when the game would be offline.

It looks like we in the 2 hour time that it says games are down.... Just started.

Then the message "down for a few minutes" is a bit misleading.

No sticky note about CS being down for repair came up for me. It did in another game though.

Just to be clear, the devs clarified in the above thread that they got their time zones reversed. The servers went down at 1:55 PDT and will come back 3:20 PST.
