I checked my clipboard to see if I had a goal but it said to 'reach level 10' in Fantasy Forest Story to get 3 gems but I've never installed or played this game before. Other android users got their 6 gems for installing this game. May I ask why I haven't received the 6 gems?

Sorry to hear that! It looks like you initially installed this game back in February when it was available on iOS. Unfortunately, the initial offer won't be available to you now.
