Making sure you are using the most current version can help with many problems.


If you would like to report a bug in Frozen Frenzy Mania , please make sure to include the following:

1. Your device and it's version number
2. Your games version (this can be found on the bottom of the Help/FAQ page)
3. A description of the problem, and what you were doing when the problem occurred
4. If possible, a screenshot of the problem

iOS General Issues
To check for your device version - go to Settings, General, About - Version
To check for game version in game:
Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
To check for game version if you can't open the game:
Open App Store, search game name (or teamlava), click on app, on the left side, under the logo it will show current game version

If your iOS device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game
Hard restart - hold the power and home buttons, through the power off slider, until the Apple symbol appears.
For newer devices (iPod Touch 4th Gen and newer, iPhone 3G and newer, all iPad versions [possibly other devices]) - close out background running apps. Double tap the home button, when the screen raises up, hold the app until it starts shaking. Press the red minus symbol to close.

How to transfer games to a new device:

Transferring Games - You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

You can also try to recover your games (if you had a password set up)

Notifications - Make sure the notification options are set to ON in BOTH the game settings and the device settings. If both settings are on, but you're still not receiving notifications, please send an email to support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) so they can check you game.

Purchased Gems (Gold) not showing up - try restarting you device, and even deleting and reinstalling the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers. If these do not work on returning your gems or item, then you would need to contact support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) You will need to provide your ID, date of incident, type of transaction, and receipt of transaction.

Blank screen for Gem (Gold) Purchasing (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?20569-Possible-Fix-for-Blank-Purchase-Screen-on-iOS-devices) (iOS only) - See thread, it has the original suggestion, and a few other suggestions that do not involve restoring.

About the forum - if you can't find a post you made - go to your profile, on the left side, look under "Find All Posts". Your post may have been in the wrong place, or merged with an existing thread. If you still can't find your post, you can file a Forum Dispute (http://forums.teamlava.com/forumdisplay.php?75-Forum-Disputes) and a Community Manager will respond to you (the Dispute Forum is a private conversation between you and the CMs).

Since downloading the new iOS on and iPad Air and an iPad Pro this Frozen Mania doesn't work. It freezes before Yu can even start the game.

Can you try reinstalling the game and see if it works?

Since I updated the Frozen Frenzy Mania it will only load the levels up to 55 and I am on level 147 it just keeps saying downloading and it never loads the other levels. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it twice and nothing seems to work.

I had the blank screen today and was "forced" to downoload the latest version. Well, I knew I was right not doing it earlier. Snowflake is blocking everything! It says "tap here" but nothing happens. If I recall correctly, the same thing happened a while ago with Hungry Babies. I am level 300+, is there something I can do to play?

Hi .I was playing with #779 .I spent 5 gems at the end of the game but it was impossible to do anything.My solution was To close the game. After that I made a start with another and it was the same thing : impossible to do any action.I loose 2 games and 5 gems .please let them back. Thanks

Is this game still supported? I waited a long time (year?) for new levels to be added and just started playing again recently, but there are so many ads, and bugs now. Frequently freezing after I spend 90 seconds watching an ad and then I have to restart the game losing a life.

I think it?s Royal Match, and it happens every time I complete a level. The ad pops up as I?m trying to continue to the next level. It?s not one I?m trying to watch for reward, it just pops up on its own. I watch the ad for 30 seconds, try to click past it and the another 12 second counter with a frozen screen comes up. It never counts down, you cannot close the ad, you just have to restart the game, and you have to start the next level with a new life (when ordinarily you would advance to the next level on the same life since you successfully completed the level).

Or I get a “processing” screen that freezes and I have to restart the game.
Either way, every time I complete a level I have to restart the game.

So…still lots of freezing issues, with lots of the ads. Ads popping up after I’ve already started a life, then freezing, and I have to restart the game, lose a life. Not any particular ad, it’s most ads. Lots of “processing” messages when I win a level and try to advance to the next level. Seems to freeze, have to quit, lose a life. Don’t mind watching occasional ads, but the ads in this game are excessive, and often 90 seconds long. I don’t seem to be able to leave a review or any message for the developers except here. Hoping you can pass it along. This game is a lot of fun, better than Candy Crush, but the ads ruin it :(

I play using ios and Your ads are constantly causing game crashes or are excessively long. Please do something about it as it?s really annoying when you have to restart the game and lose a life as a result. Plus nobody is trying to sit through your long ass 2 minute ads. This game is fun but not worth the frustration. I will be deleting the app if the problem is not resolved soon.

The iOS version has an ad that appears to be inescapable currently - the Monopoly Solitaire one. An x for closing the ad never pops up and clicking anywhere just brings up the App Store.
