VICTORIAN COUCH with little girl with pink bow

What do I have to do to unlock the VICTORIAN COUCH with little girl with pink bow? It seemed like every few levels I went up it made more items to buy available. But about 17 levels ago it stopped right when it got to the VICTORIAN COUCH with little girl with pink bow. I thought maybe at level 75 it would open more, but nothing! So is there something special we have to do to unlock more items (in the link showing the plant). If you know are you able to go to my wall to tell me, because I can't find Telly's here. It's the goal item for a previous goal so there are no ways to unlock it. It will stay unlocked unless (and until) S8 decides to re-release it.
