Ovens & goals that are locked

I started playing a couple. Onths ago & am to level 55. How and when will I be able to access all the extra oven goals I see but are locked ( starting with the puff oven) so I can keep getting new ones? Right now its all just cook serve repeat

You won't. Goals are released monthly, that content is from the months before you began playing. Extremely occasionally S8 releases expired goal ovens and/or decor for gem purchase, but they've never let people redo goal sets and earn the locked content.

But you will keep getting all the new stoves!
