Black Cat tournament not working

I am using an iPad mini and the black cat tournament is not working for me. I did one battle but it was with Music level 13 dragon, instead of the level one Night. I waited an hour for round 2 but now there is no dragon to battle. There's just a zero on the right side and it says Round 2 out of 1. I tried rebooting and reinstalling the game.
