How I can play my game (dragonstory/farmstory2) on another medien (the same ID/memorygame)= PC oder LG/TV

I have problems with tablet (battery delet) - and must wait-loading-wait- handy no go the game

How to I open -my second farm on farmstory2- I delet the app on handy

Can I delet the app dragonstory (to many battery eat and memory) - can I play the game later on another tablet/Or???
