I downloaded the goal but it's not recognized by my games, Help!

I had exactly the same problem.

Additionally, a nbr who lives in the same country of mine, was offered a thing named Ice Cream Penguin (and it WORKS!), and no bingo at all.

Could anyone there kindly fix this, please???
