This Game Wasted My Time

I really enjoyed this game. Played a lot, even spent real money on it more than once 😒 and now my gems are mysteriously missing. I opened my game expecting there to still be a gem amount in the forties to find I only had twenty-nine. Then without playing at all, I closed the game, reopened and only had fourteen!!!
I try to contact the support and they don't help!
