Apparently these goals became available yesterday but they never showed up in my to-do list. I just hit 3 star mastery on candy apples (with 2 star mastery on pb cups and gummy worm cupcakes) and did not get the prize. They are available in the market for gems but not as goal prizes. What's happening here?

Someone posted that they trigger when you serve Mina's cupcakes....which I have also done.

Yes I did Kooky...days ago. And have made Mina's cupcakes more than once. No goals.
