Crafting jigsaw dragon missing... [Archive]

Samsung S4 mini (GT-I9195)
Android 4.4.2

probably i got 99 piece of puzzle from battle arena in last possible fight before end of event (not absolutly sure, i notice it at 1st fight of Trick-or-treat event)
i check my spell shop, but possibility to create jigsaw dragon missing.
would be nice to craft event dragon if i have all needed pieces.
