It says the item is not available in the store, why? That's why I can't download the game. :(

If you are outside of US and Canada, you should see Cluedo Bingo to download from your App Store or Google Play Store.

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but I was wondering if we download the other version you said "Cluedo Bingo" are we going to get the in game reward that it's offered to download "Clue Bingo"? I mean, I play other Storm8 games like Castle Story in which there is a mission asking to download "Clue Bingo" for a gem reward (I'm an Android player).

I got the same problem. I installed Cluedo Bingo through Google Playstore because with the link in Castle Story and in Dragon Story I got the message that the game is not available in my country. In Castle Story I got the dialogue to compete with the baron to reach level 7, but did not receive the gems. Now I have 2 goals, one for installing (still) and one for reaching level 7. Dragon Story did not react to the installation at all. In the meantime is the countdown is going on for 15 days...

No clue, cluedo won't work for the gems, no gems at all, and so?

Meanwhile, my friend from the same country (android like me) was offered the Penguin Ice Cream and is there, playing merrily...

First, you MUST be aware that the support gives us only boilerplate answers, preferentially asking us to come to the forum...

Second, it's not a problem with this or that game or device, as you can see people are starting to complain, not to tell about those who don't enter the forum or don't know English (YES, the world is not only US and Canada!!)

Finally, if it's a mistake from the developers, what we want is just someone to read our complaints and go up to the bosses and say, "look, let's fix this bug really soon, we don't want another bunch of customers leaving us like in that episode of goals costing gems, do we?"

To clarify, there are two versions of this game: Clue Bingo and Cluedo Bingo, depending on where you live. If there is any discrepancy in your region, this is what might cause it. Alternatively, you might be receiving a different error message that isn't based on your region. Can you provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to download?

Well, if I try to download from here (desktop), the store says it's not compatible with any of my devices (my games are on a tablet, with the same google account):

When I try from the tablet, it says it's not "available for my country", I don't know how to show it from the tablet.

And the Cluedo, as the friend said above, works, but won't release the precious gems

me too, me too. watching all the days count down. managed to load the game once via the app store but zero gems. the bingos are my favorite to play for gems in castle story. so sad. is there no solution?

to be specific, i'm not having the door problem - that's way further than i've gotten. the screen goes ghostly white when i press a button to load the game. fine. so i read the fix to go to app store and download - did so and no gem rewards. this seems like it could be fixed by storm8 no?

Please keep an eye out for an update in the thread regarding this issue.

Please note that while we may provide you with opportunities to try out our other games, we do not have Goals that reward Points, Gems, Coins or Experience for downloading or playing our other games. If you do not see Goals in the game rewarding Gems for in-game actions, it means these Goals are not available.

Summarizing:
Going round, and round, and round. No solutions at all. The bingo was offered WITH GEM REWARDS in all of my installed games. Then it was not "available in my country".
Then it was said: "for the other countries" (!) there is the cluedo bingo. There was. It opened. Worked perfectly. But no gems for the other games.
Now let's talk seriously: I might enjoy playing bingo, but my primary objective IS the gems in other games. Wasn't it the way I got hooked in the current ones??
I could easily have given up the whole thing if that banner was not there to remind me everyday how slow this big team is to take care of us, customers...
I didn't even get an answer about WHY my neighbor was offered a penguin game instead, and in the same day...

It is increasingly hard to get gems because we do not get gems for every adventure anymore since the beasthunt be***. At this rate it will take years to accumulate gems enough to buy something. Or is that the point?

Please write to support@storm8.com if you are still experiencing issues. The message you are receiving for Frozen Frenzy Mania means your device is not compatible with the game so unfortunately you will not be able to install and play the game.
