I don't have any of these goals in my to-do list. I have all of these recipes mastered to 2 stars already and candy apples is almost to 3 stars. :(

The extra quests popped up for mi when I served minas cupcakes for the first time, not sure if that's when they activate but if u completed all minas quests and still don't have them try asking in the help part of the forum :)

Well that should have been made clear earlier so they weren't tacked to the rest of the Mina goals. That explains it, I'm only level 21. Thanks for the clarification.
