Tools, hammers, etc

Can't remember the little man's name, but he has disappeared since Mina was introduced. I haven't been able to collect any nails, hammers, etc. Is this a glitch or is he on vacation until Mona disappears?

The CID man visits me every hour. But sometimes he's a little late, I've to remind him by visiting a neighbour and returning to my restaurant and he'll appear.

he always visits me but every hour but it's a cause for celebration when he drops a hammer. I usually have to delete other tools because I max out so quickly on capacity with the other tools. For example, right now i have 28 blue prints, 28 Nails, 8 Seeds, 16 shovels, 24 Wood planks, and only 2 hammers. it will probably be 2 more weeks before i get the 3 more hammers I need (and I'll have to delete several other items to make room for them). come on Storm8, you can make them a little bit more proportionate. Please?
