I applied the new wallpaper and now I can't see my walls or any neighbors walls who have used it either! Confused!?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your BS app and let it fully load for a few minutes before doing anything. The wallpaper image probably wasn't downloaded correctly to your device so it doesn't show.
