Adding funds?

Is there a way to add funds (buy gems, etc) other than through iTunes account? There is an error in my iTunes account that is keeping me from buying gems, and I can't get anymore tickets to play!!

The only way to purchase more Gems is through iTunes if you're on an iOS device. Please contact iTunes support regarding issues you're experiencing with your account.
