Crashes and lost of everything

Hi,

at least 2 times, when I got my rewards from completing Bingo in Marvin Gardens (like now), I just received 70 dices and other stuff and the game crash. When I log on back, lost all the rewards I've just got. I just lost like 70 dices, 15 diamonds and cash...

Anyway to solve that problem please ?

game wont load
The game wont finish downloading and I have left the app open for over 12 hours on my phone and it didn't make any difference. what should I do

Try doing a hard reset of you phone. Hold down the power button and home button at the same time until you see the apple sign.
Then try redownloading the game from apple app store again.
