I have already contacted the helpdesk for this but recieved no reply: when will there be a community so I can add neighbours? It mentions neighbours in the FAQ section of the game, but I have no menu to open. Furthermore, I cannot move anything, I would like that option.

The game is still under a limited release,.
More features should be released soon.

There is no edit mode but if you sort of keep your finger on an object a second or two it floats and can be moved, works for both habitats and the storage cellar.
