Game is soooo slow...

Since the event my game is extremely slow. I'll get on 12 hours later & all my food is still on the counters. It's been this way since the event...happens to me after every event we've ever had & always seems to last for weeks. I've rebooted many times but it hasn't helped at all. And yes my lay-out of tables etc. is good. My restaurant was working fine until the event ended.
