cannot plant crops

I cannot plant any crops. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, rebooted tablet, nothing has worked. Emailed support with problem but have not heard anything back. I am at level 51.

Sorry to hear that! I'm not seeing any problems with planting crops on your account. At what step does it not let you proceed? Are you stuck when you have a plot selected and try to tap the crop? Can you please provide us with a screenshot so we can take a look? Thanks!
