Taking cue from you I have also started testing certain elements and am recordin my results. They are on paper right now and will post them soon, but if anything unique or strange comes will post in this thread. I also haven't had a chance to make proper updates in the general discussion thread so if you get ahead and check there is *might* be out-of-date but I'll try to get it all updated as soon as I can.

I *did* update it with my current testing chart though, so if anyone is curious where I am with testing I'm attaching it here (anything in red hasn't been re-tested for verification):

Based on an old chart on another site, I tried Anubis (Egypt) against Seamur (water-nature) and had 3 weak hits before losing that battle.

chippychan the Egypt line indicates it is strong against water & nature which is inconsistent with the Egypt column.

Egypt input:
Based on an old chart on another site, I tried Anubis (Egypt) against Seamur (water-nature) and had 3 weak hits before losing that battle.

chippychan the Egypt line indicates it is strong against water & nature which is inconsistent with the Egypt column.

I'm looking at the chart and it does show that an Egyptian attack is 'Weak' against a Water-Nature opponent; I don't see where it says it should be 'Strong'.

Re Steely Woolly Mammoth, the chart on page 1 says:

When that didn't work, I went to the testing chart on page 2 and found it had different recommendations and results consistent with my own. I believe the chart on page 1 is incorrect.

Round 32 is a dusk bunny dark/nature. the recommended is to use earth/water. I used glacial griffin and both elements water and earth was neutral..

Just followed the suggestions of the chart on page 1 to fight against Steel Wooly Mammoth - earth and water were both neutral and electric was weak... I think the info on the testing chart on page 2 is the accurate one... Will try that next

I'd like to test out the new Autumn element. I know a few people are already doing this but I still I want to try help out in some way. I'll record what I find here.


I'm currently also testing Autumn, in the last stages of the Wyburn battleground. Perhaps someone can combine my findings with those of Lonepudding (I think the findings of the both of us have most of it pinpointed already).

I've updated to round 54 (thanks again for the list rbkj!) and I've been doing lots of testing today and I'm currently at round 53, so just about everything is updated with those opponents. There are a few elements I haven't been able to test - either because I got past the round too fast or I don't have the element to test (I'm looking at YOU Christmas <.< ) - but the list is more up-to-date then the general discussion thread right now.

It's too much work to keep updating everything bit by bit between 2 different threads so I'm going to update the general discussion thread after I'm done these battlegrounds.

Thanks LonePudding, immediately after posting I bred ghostrich! Now I said I would I was going to take a break from breeding to hatch... I have a hard time doing it too. I did speed the plantler in the nest and put reckless roc I while ghostrich is still breeding. I will have a 4 hour gap, so I'm trying to figure out of all the eggs in storage which has the least hatching time, I might try to get one more in. Because more than likely I'll try to breed Trick or Treent. Good luck with battling and hatching. :)

Another post indicates that round 59 is a Dark/Nature Frankenswine. You can refer to the information for rounds 12, 34 or 40 for a complete list. My personal choice would be to use a Saintly Bernard or Caturn. If you are limited to base elements, try Fire combined with Gem, Electric, Dark, Water or Nature.

Once you know the element combination you are facing, you can refer to an earlier round where the opponent has the same element combination if there is one.

Beat mine with a Snapdragon 15 (spring animal)... But it took me a few tries with other animals as well... That's actually how this battleground is going for me this time... I have to go over at least 3-4 round against each and every animal... Just hope that it won't be that way in the tournament :rolleyes:

I know I had promised myself to keep a record of my battles in this battleground, but what with me not feeling well and playing irregularly I just couldn't maintain a log.
But one thing tried is that I used only Epic Swan Prince in most of my battles and won them . I can even say that upto 80% of my battles.
And I have been getting very strange outcomes too. Like just now on round 63 , it first gave me 2 weak hits and then a critical with fire
In 64 against Captain K9 I got a critical hit and then 2 weak hits one each with fire and dark, though the opponent went down.
I wish I had kept a record like Olafo did with the Gold Lion!!

I just won this and my last battlegrounds to complete (newbie) He's in storage till storybook is over. My question how does he fair in World Tournmets? Should I hatch and lvl him up quickly?
For my experience, the Reckless Roc fares pretty well in the Tournaments. I leveled it up to epic quickly, because, of the Battlefield animals, it's one of the best coin earners, making 1808 coins/hour, at epic level.

I finally got around to finishing the Reckless Rock Battleground today. I had been waiting for a new element to test to finish it, but it looks like S8 has put a hold on new elements for now. I hope a new Battleground will start soon and that S8 hasn't eliminated this feature. I would like to see some Autumn, Skull and Holloween opponents in a new Battleground to get some more testing done.

I love the battlegrounds. I miss them no rush to finish. Testing your animals. Just relaxing fun for me.
