People problems

I am having trouble with my patrons. Either they dissappear or when I log back into the game from decorating or the street market they vanish or the waiters are feeding empty chairs. My food is taking longer to get rid of because of this problem...please fix this

Sorry to hear that! Did you recently rearrange your restaurant? If so, please try to rearrange it and see if that will help with your Customers coming in and out of your restaurant. :) Let me know if that helps!

No I didn't change anything, everytime I close the page and go back in their is no customers till then but it does say I made this and that while I was away. And still the waiters are feeding ghosts, just wondering if I loose because of this.
