Yesterday I purchased 250 Gems for $9.99 through Google Play. After you guys took the money I never received my Gems. I restarted the game (Monopoly Bingo) and I sent an email to support with a copy of my receipt. I still have not heard from anyone other than the standard reply email. I want to know when I am going to get my gems or my refund. Right now I feel like I have been ripped off and I am close to reporting you to Google play. Please advise!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
