Less customers than before

Today I noticed that I have less customers than before and that my counters are still with food plates and that I also gain less coins. I have at least 5 customers and I don't know why. I uninstalled the app an reinstalled it but it's still not working and that's annoying me because I didn't do anything !
Help me pls

Make sure that all the customers have a clear path to your tables/chairs .

They already have and that's what I don't understand, everything went well till today. :/

I'm seeing plenty of customers at your Bakery. It's possible that if you leave the game open for awhile, your customers will decrease. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see?
