It's always locked until it starts. It's not necessarily an App Store update. Probably just the most every Thursday update.

That was easy since my feasts are all way over 50 each. The requests will take a bit & then you 35 more blueprints dropping from the orphanage...ugh ... Lol

Edit: Oh weird, I gave everything to build and now it doesn't give an option to upgrade to level 2 even though that's in the quest book? 9 hr collection time...

Level 2 requires 10 (I think) Hearty Feasts, so work on those, too!

I've upgraded to Level 2. Now working on Level 3, but it requires 55 blueprints. That will take awhile.

I like how all the grown ups walking around the kingdom could just punch out the 2nd story windows of the orphanage if they wanted. I would be terrified living in that thing with all the giants walking around:o
