Cupcake safe game

Hi everyone!
First of all excuse me for my english.
Question: Cupcake mania doesn't syhchronised with my google accaunt and google+. How can i safe the game progress if i want to change my mobile phone?

Your progress is saved on our servers. If you create a password, you can use our Login feature (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?59955-iOS-amp-Android-New-Login-feature-in-Limited-Games!) available in some games to transfer your account to a new device. Hope this helps!
